Women's only MTB skills - Melbourne

Learn to ride a mountain bike uphill, downhill, over logs and through switchbacks. For beginners through to more experienced. At least four women's specific courses will be happening in the next six months. Register your interest now.

Commute by bike - Sydney

Save time, money and the environment - learn how to ride on the road with confidence. In two 3-hourly sessions at Sydney Community College you'll learn to identify road hazards, how to choose the best route, how to brake effectively and how to ride with one hand and signal with the other. This course is for men and women but over 80% of participants have been women in past sessions.  

MTB skills classes - NSW

Cyclinic in NSW will be running clinics to teach essential MTB skills such as riding, cornering, climbing and descending as well as sharing tips on nutrition and bike equipment. Open to men and women, these classes have a high female presence and cater to abilities ranging from beginners to advanced (split into separate groups). Mums and Dads on bikes - Melbourne
